This bodybuilding program is an 8-week training cycle you can run over-and-over again while you continue to get results. It is broken up into two 4-week workout cycles, each used to challenge your muscles in a new way and ensure continuous growth for months to come!
You will be training 5 days per week, using the most effective muscle building exercises and techniques for packing on serious mass. Each workout will focus on 1-2 muscle groups to ensure the greatest amount of growth, and can be adjusted as needed to fit your schedule or training preferences.
